Your design. Your style. Made just for you.

Turn your favorite design into a custom hoodie you’ll actually want to live in! With our Your Design, Your Hoodie Custom Sweatshirt, you provide the finished, print-ready artwork and Chaos Crafts on the Side takes care of the rest—professionally applying your design to your selected hoodie to create a finished, ready-to-wear product made especially for you.

🧥 ABOUT YOUR HOODIE

Your custom design is applied to a Gildan Cotton Hoodie Sweatshirt, giving you a comfortable, durable everyday hoodie that’s perfect for showing off your custom design.

Gildan hoodies offer a classic fit with a soft, comfortable feel and are made with a cotton-blend fabric designed for everyday wear. Each hoodie is professionally customized with the print-ready design you provide, creating a finished, ready-to-wear piece made especially for you.

Please note: Fiber content may vary by hoodie color.

Choose your hoodie color and size, then send us your completed print-ready design. We’ll use the artwork exactly as submitted to create your finished hoodie, no redesigning, editing, cleanup, or creative changes will be made.

What you send is what we use, so make sure your design is exactly how you want it before sending it our way!

🎨 YOUR DESIGN FILE

For the best possible finished product, your artwork must be:

• PNG file format
• 300 DPI resolution
• Transparent background
• High-resolution and print-ready

Your completed design must be submitted to Chaos Crafts on the Side by email (chaoscraftsontheside@yahoo.com) after your order is placed. Please include your order number in your email so we can match your artwork to the correct order.

⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ARTWORK

The quality of your submitted artwork directly affects the quality of your finished hoodie.

Chaos Crafts on the Side does not edit, enhance, clean up, remove backgrounds from, correct, recreate, resize low-resolution artwork, or otherwise modify customer-supplied design files. Your artwork will be printed using the file you provide.

This means anything visible within your submitted design will appear on your finished product, including but not limited to:

• Watermarks
• White or colored backgrounds
• Dust, specks, or stray marks
• Unwanted outlines or borders
• Pixelation or blurriness
• Background elements
• Design artifacts
• Misspellings or incorrect wording
• Any other visible element contained within the submitted file

Please inspect your design carefully at full size before emailing it to us.

Submitting artwork constitutes your approval to print the design exactly as provided. Chaos Crafts on the Side is not responsible for print-quality issues or unwanted elements resulting from the quality or contents of customer-supplied artwork.

📩 PROCESSING TIME

Because your artwork is required to create your order, the 7–10 business day processing period begins only after both your order AND a usable print-ready design file have been received.

If your artwork is not submitted immediately after ordering, your processing timeframe will be delayed accordingly. Shipping time is additional and begins once your completed order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

🖼️ ARTWORK RESPONSIBILITY

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the artwork or have the necessary permission or rights to reproduce it on the product you are ordering. Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted designs do not infringe upon another party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.

FINAL SALE

Because each hoodie is created specifically for your order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges, and refunds will not be issued for issues resulting from customer-supplied artwork, incorrect sizing/color selections, change of mind, or other customer ordering errors.

If we make an error and your finished product does not match the order and print-ready artwork you correctly submitted, please contact us so we can review the issue and make it right.
