Refund policy

We truly value and appreciate your business.  All sales are final, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds unless there is an error on our part with your order or an item is out of stock at the time of your order.  

 

* Please double check shipping addresses before submitting your order, we are not responsible for errors made by the customer in their shipping address.  We are also not responsible for delays created by the USPS or UPS.  

* Turn around times are listed in the description of each product. Please keep these turnaround times in mind when placing your order to insure your receive your items in time for any events you have planned.  

* We are not responsible for items that were not ordered in enough time for you to receive them prior to your event or delays caused by the shipping carrier once the items leave our possession.

 

 

* Due to the custom nature of these items no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be granted.  We are not responsible for customer errors in spelling, color choices, sizing, etc.
