PLEASE NOTE: Because this item is custom-created specifically for you, please carefully review all names, numbers, team information, and photos before submitting your order. Due to the personalized nature of this product, all sales are final and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

TERMS OF PURCHASE

Please review the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.

Photos:

Please provide high quality, high resolution photos.  We do not make any edits to the photos you provided and the quality of the output of your lamp shade is directly related to the quality of the photos you provide.  Any blemishes, watermarks, etc. that are on the photos you supply will be also be on your final product.  We will not issue refunds, remakes, or store credit for poor output due to poor quality photos.  Once your photos are submitted and production of your item begins, we cannot add, remove, or change the photos provided, please be sure you are attaching the desired photos to your email.  

Made-to-Order Items:
All items are made to order and created after your order has been placed and high resolution photos. Please allow 7-10  business days for processing. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing & Shipping:
The 7-10 business day processing period does not include shipping time. Shipping time is additional and begins once your completed order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Delivery estimates provided by the carrier are separate from our processing timeframe.

Personalized & Custom Orders:
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order, including names, spelling, dates, numbers, photos, colors, wording, and other customization details.

Your item will be created using the information submitted with your order. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

If we make an error and your finished item does not match the personalization information you correctly submitted, please contact us so we can review the issue and make it right.

Final Sale Policy:
Because each item is made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges, and refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect personalization submitted by the customer, or other customer ordering errors.
