Made-to-Order Items:
All items are made to order and created after your order has been placed. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing & Shipping:
The 5–7 business day processing period does not include shipping time. Shipping time is additional and begins once your completed order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Delivery estimates provided by the carrier are separate from our processing timeframe.

Personalized & Custom Orders:
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order, including names, spelling, dates, numbers, photos, colors, wording, and other customization details.

Your item will be created using the information submitted with your order. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

If we make an error and your finished item does not match the personalization information you correctly submitted, please contact us so we can review the issue and make it right.

Final Sale Policy:
Because each item is made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges, and refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect personalization submitted by the customer, or other customer ordering errors.
